What we support
- CrowdHum availability and core voting flow
- Presenter view and reveal controls
- Paid feature access (Pro features)
- Exports (CSV, PDF, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Account and billing issues
What we can’t control
- Venue Wi-Fi, projector, or HDMI issues
- Browser restrictions or audience devices
- Incorrect room setup or wrong room codes
- Third-party outages outside CrowdHum (unless they fully break the platform)
Before your event
Live rooms are unforgiving. A 3-minute rehearsal prevents most issues:
- Create your poll/session at least 24 hours ahead
- Open the presenter view on the actual presentation laptop
- Test projector resolution and full-screen
- Scan the QR code with your phone
- Submit a test vote (scan the QR above)
- Practice the reveal button
- Confirm venue Wi-Fi or cellular coverage
- Keep a backup slide with the QR code
- Have a backup activity if the venue network fails
If you’re presenting remotely or on a hybrid call: share the presenter window, not your full screen — viewers see the dot animation cleaner that way.
If you have 200+ voters: open vote.html on a phone yourself before the event so the room is "warm." First-vote latency is usually a few seconds; subsequent votes appear in <500ms.
